NEW PATIENTS ONLY - Free 15 minute phone call with a doctor - this is a service we offer to new patients only. The doctor will call you at the scheduled time. Please make sure you include the correct phone number. - Brief IV Intake $100
Required for first time patients who would like IV treatments. This phone call allows the doctor to go over your medical history and determine if the IV is safe to administer. She will also give her recommendations for type and frequency of IV treatment. - 60m Phone Consult $200
Established patients only. Time includes phone call + doctor's time after call. - Follow Up Appointment (45 min) $150
Follow up appointment to go over lab results or changes to a treatment plan. Cost may be adjusted if the appointment does not run the full 45 minutes. Established patients only.
